My alternator went as I was driving out from camping at Nitinat lake. Was referred to Gerry after calling the big auto shops. He took the time to take the call even when I had to call back from poor cell reception. He was able to order the part while I was driving in and was able to accommodate me late in the day even though it was close to his closing time.
